The Sun-dried Tomato NoBull is one of our VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE varieties that starts with an organic lentil and organic brown rice base with chunks of sun-dried tomatoes, onions, organic spinach, chia seeds, organic garbanzo flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, fava flour, tamari soy sauce (non-GMO) and finished off with organic tomato paste, and celery seed.

Our Mama Mia is our most popular of the VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE NoBull varieties that we offer. We start with organic lentils, and organic brown rice for the base, with onions, and organic spinach. We then load each batch up with eggplant, red & green sweet peppers, zucchini, plum tomatoes, and binded together with chia seeds, garbanzo flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, fava flour and finished off with tamari soy sauce (non-GMO) fennel seeds, dried red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage, and garlic.
